Teaching well in a classroom and building a successful online course are not the same thing. This course is designed for teachers and tutors who already know their subject, but need a clear system for turning that knowledge into a high-quality online learning product that students will actually complete and buy.

Inside the program, students will learn how to move from an idea to a real course with a clear learning outcome, a strong structure, engaging lessons, meaningful practice, and a system for feedback and assessment. The course covers the full journey: defining the target learner, shaping the course promise, designing modules and lessons, creating assignments, choosing the right teaching format, and building the course step by step in SubSchool.

The program also goes beyond content creation. Students will learn the core skills of an online educator and course designer: how to explain material clearly, how to keep learners motivated, how to build an effective online learning experience, how to combine recorded and live teaching, and how to create a course that is not just informative, but transformational. They will also learn how to review course quality, improve weak points, and use learner feedback and performance data to strengthen the product over time.

By the end of the course, each student will have a fully structured online course project built in SubSchool, along with a launch plan, pricing logic, student acquisition strategy, and a roadmap for scaling through single lessons, full courses, cohorts, or premium support formats. In other words: not another “someday I should make a course” fantasy, but an actual course ready to go.

The course is currently under development, and new modules will be added gradually
